Important Birthday Information
- Reservations are confirmed with $50 non-refundable deposit & is due 2 weeks before the party date
- Socks are required by all participants to enter the inflatables
- All children must have the waiver signed by their parent or guardian to play. Any adult who wishes to play must also sign a waiver. The waivers are attached to the party invitations & will be given at time of deposit.
- Since the party before you will still be in the party room, your gifts, food, cake, and shoes will be placed on a designated cart when you arrive. Your cart will be taken to the party room by your attendant as your party room is available.
- Check in will be smooth and quick if all waivers are signed before arrival and turned in together. Everyone must check in before entering play area.
- A short safety video will be required by all participants. No sharp objects, keys, or jewelry is allowed on the inflatables. No hanging from goals, or horseplay that could cause injury. If a guest has a medical condition that should avoid exertion; or is pregnant, they should not play on the inflatables.
- A new party arrives every hour and our center is always open to the public unless you have reserved the entire facility for an additional fee. Because of this, some of your playtime may be shared with others. Your party room time is completely private.
- If you are having a “themed” party, you are welcome to bring your own paper goods. Hooks are provided for banners and balloons. Please do not apply tape or staples to the walls. For safety reasons, no piñatas are allowed.
- The only outside foods allowed into Up-n Jacks are sandwiches, finger foods, pizza, cake and ice cream. No full course meals please. We are not responsible for any food or drinks brought by you or your designee. If you choose to bring your own food and drinks, you will be responsible for your own paper goods. Eating can only be done when your time in the party room has begun (the last 45 minutes), or jump time will be forfeited. If ordering pizza on your own, please do not have it delivered until just before your room time.
- In order to maintain our family centered environment, absolutely no alcoholic beverages or smoking is allowed inside Up-n Jacks.
- Once your party is booked, party packages cannot be downsized.
